🛠️ How to Use – Smart EMS Muscle Stimulator
1️⃣ Insert the Batteries 🔋
• Open the controller case.
• Insert 2 AA batteries (not included).
• Close the case securely.
2️⃣ Attach the Gel Pads to the Device 🧩
• Peel off the plastic film from the gel pads.
• Stick the gel pads onto the back of the abdominal or arm pad.
• Make sure they’re placed evenly for maximum contact.
3️⃣ Place on Targeted Body Area 💪
• Stick the abdominal pad on your stomach, or the smaller pads on arms/shoulders.
• Ensure full contact with clean, dry skin.
4️⃣ Power On the Device ⚡
• Press the power button on the controller.
• Use the mode button (M) to switch between the 6 training modes (M1–M6).
5️⃣ Adjust Intensity 🔄
• Use the “+” or “–” buttons to increase or decrease the intensity level.
• Start at a lower intensity, then gradually increase to your comfort level.
6️⃣ Workout Time ⏱️
• Use the device for up to 30 minutes per session.
• Do not exceed 2 sessions per day.
7️⃣ After Use ✅
• Turn off the device.
• Gently remove it from your skin.
• Reapply the protective plastic film on the gel pads to keep them clean and sticky.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place.
