Items sold under the Flash Deal category are non-returnable due to their limited-time promotional nature. As these items are sold at significantly discounted prices, all sales are final.
However, if a manufacturing defect is found, the item cannot be returned but may be exchanged for the same product if available. Customers must report any defects within 2 Days of receiving the item, and the exchange request will be subject to approval after inspection. If the item is out of stock, an alternative solution will be provided.
