Exchange Policy
At Kash5astore, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a fair exchange policy for our products.
• If a customer receives an item and encounters any technical issue, they must report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product. If reported within this period, we will exchange the item for free,
Before delivery, we ensure the product is fully functional by sending a video demonstrating and confirming that the product is working properly.
• After the 2-day period, if the customer faces any issue, they must visit our showroom to request an exchange. The exchange will be processed after inspecting the item to verify the issue.
Returns:
Shipping costs are nonrefundable
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the Receipt or proof of purchase.

Note:
While Clothing & Undergarments are non-returnable, exchange for size is allowed within 2 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Flash Deal Return & Exchange Policy
Items sold under the Flash Deal category are non-returnable due to their limited-time promotional nature. As these items are sold at significantly discounted prices, all sales are final.
However, if a manufacturing defect is found, the item cannot be returned but may be exchanged for the same product if available. Customers must report any defects within 24 hours of receiving the item, and the exchange request will be subject to approval after inspection. If the item is out of stock, an alternative solution will be provided.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details before purchasing Flash Deal items.
Important Notes:
• These items cannot be returned even if unused, to maintain hygiene, safety, and device integrity.
• For other eligible items, returns must comply with Kashkastore’s standard return policy conditions.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/Debit card
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• A 7% fee will be deducted by Tabby.
• Refund is processed within 4 working days.
🟢 Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard):
• A 2.5% processing fee will be deducted.
• Refund is returned to the same card within 4 working days.
🟠 Knet or Cash Payments:
• No extra fees apply.
• Refund will be processed via Knet or bank transfer within 3 working days.
